Across our 29 plots, <strong>located in the hills and terraces of Franciacorta<\/strong>, the same thing happens. In each individual plot we use all the agronomic practices necessary to exalt the different characteristics and potential of each separate vineyard.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Terre d\u2019Aen\u00f2r adopts a <strong>separate vinification process for each plot<\/strong>\u00a0in order to obtain the best quality from the grapes. In addition we gather and conserve the analytical and sensorial data and objective evaluations that allow us to monitor the state of health of the vineyard. In this way we maintain an equal exchange between the workers and the vineyard.
